Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you'll receive an immediate confirmation email. Within 2-3 business days, we'll confirm your order with the manufacturer and provide an estimated delivery timeline based on your specific product and customization selections.
How Our Shipping Works
Craftmark Patio partners directly with premium outdoor furniture manufacturers including Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, Anderson Teak, and other trusted brands. Your furniture is crafted specifically for you and ships directly from the manufacturer to your home.
Because each piece is made-to-order with your selected fabrics, finishes, and customizations, we work closely with our manufacturing partners to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship.
Delivery Timelines
Lead times vary by manufacturer, product type, and customization options:
- In-stock accessories: 3-5 business days
- Made-to-order furniture: 4-8 weeks from order confirmation
- Custom fabrics/finishes: 6-10 weeks from order confirmation
During peak season (spring/summer), lead times may extend by 1-2 weeks. We will provide you with the most accurate estimated delivery date when we confirm your order with the manufacturer.
Shipping Method
All furniture orders include free curbside delivery to the continental United States (lower 48 states). The shipping carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships from the manufacturer.
Please note: Curbside delivery means the item will be delivered to the curb or first dry area (garage, porch). The driver is not responsible for bringing items inside your home or assembly.
Return Policy
Anderson Teak Products: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for either a refund or site credit. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging, unassembled, and with all parts and accessories included. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
All Other Brands (Lloyd Flanders, Telescope Casual, etc.): Because furniture is made-to-order with your selected customizations, these items are considered custom products and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once the order has been submitted to the manufacturer.
We stand behind the quality of every piece we sell. All manufacturers provide full warranties covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Damages & Defects
Please inspect your delivery carefully when it arrives. If you notice any damage, make note of it on the delivery receipt when signing for delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Take photos of the damage and packaging within 24 hours of delivery
- Email photos to returns@CraftmarkPatio.com with your order number
- Include a description of the damage
We will work directly with the manufacturer and/or shipping company to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we will arrange for:
- Replacement parts to be shipped
- A replacement item to be manufactured and shipped
- A full refund
Important: Do not return items without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Shipments returned without an RMA will be refused.
Cancellations
Most orders can be cancelled before they are submitted to the manufacturer for production (typically within 24-48 hours of order placement). Once an order has been sent to manufacturing, it cannot be cancelled.
If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@craftmarkpatio.com or call 516-218-0094 during business hours (Mon-Sat 10am-6pm EST).
If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping charges and a restocking fee may apply (except for Anderson Teak products within the 30-day return window).
Order Changes
Because furniture is custom-made, we cannot modify orders once they've been submitted to the manufacturer. This includes changes to:
- Fabric or finish selections
- Product dimensions
- Shipping address
- Quantity
